Transformational Leadership Intensive
A new kind of leadership is required to create and lead organizations today- leadership that honors and appreciates the uniqueness of each individual in the organization, aligning distinctive spirits toward a collective goal, while at the same time bringing commitment, tenacity and focus to key result areas. With effective transformational leadership amazing results are possible.
The Transformation Leadership program offers executives a chance to go beyond theory and concepts to see how their leadership style is truly impacting others. Participants have an opportunity to move from theory to authentic integration of transformational leadership concepts.
This program is particularly suited for deepening the understanding of leadership concepts in current MBA programs or leading edge in house leadership training.
Senior Team Alignment Program (STAmPede)
For an organization to succeed it is vital that the Senior Team is all pulling in the same direction. It is the Senior Team that creates the overall culture in the organization which has a major impact on employee engagement, the degree to which they trust management, and ultimately on your customer satisfaction, ability to retain talent, productivity and profitability.
We use a three step program based on over 20 years of - including assessments, experiential learning, actoin planning and follow up - to produce measurable improvements in leadership team performance and satisfaction.
We learned about our own strategies for operation and learned to work together a lot better. It was really a team renewal. We met some pretty lofty goals. It was a lot of fun but also lots of learning.
It’s Sharon and her style as much as the horses. She doesn’t leave any stone unturned, she goes deeper and deeper to get at the real issues, yet she’s so non-confrontational. It’s the whole package, I can’t imagine anyone else who could do it better. She understands business, human dynamics and horses – it’s really fantastic.
We benchmark different things at the company, and we’ve seen many of our scores improve since working with Sharon. There’s a whole range of leadership behaviours that we track and all of us have seen our scores go up. The Horse Sense program is definitely a big part of that.

Personal Mastery - Beyond the Basics
Leadership is not simply something we do. It comes from somewhere inside us. Leadership is a process, an intimate expression of who we are. It’s our being in action. At its deepest level, leadership is authentic self-expression that creates value.
The foundation of leadership is authenticity - actions that arise from the essence of who we are. For many senior executives faced with the need to always have the answers it can be difficult to take that step back and look inside for authenticity - and in the need to be "right" it is easy to make mistakes.
Through an intense small group experience learning to authentically lead first with horses in a completely non-judgemental environment senior executives have the opportunity to receive real unfiltered feedback about their leadership style and engage together in the process of rediscovering the authentic leader within.

Authentic Leadership
Today's business and world leaders are faced with unprecedented complexities and rates of change in markets and social conditions. This places extreme pressure on leaders to developm all aspects of themselves to the highest degree possible. Development of their cognitive, emotional, interpersonal, and ethical capacities, as well as their fundamental sense of self and more, are all required. In my opinion, only those who develop to this level, who integrate fully to this level, will be successfully equipped to manage a prfitable, sustainable growth business or effective organization"
Ken Wilber, author of "A theory of everything"
Top Teams
“…we all know that these so-called top teams seldom function as real teams because of the pressures of other priorities, as well as their strong desire to preserve individual accountability, if not ego.”
Jon Katzenbach, a former Director of McKinsey and Company |
