Leadership is not simply something we do.  It comes from somewhere inside us.  Leadership is a process, an intimate expression of who we are.  It’s our being in action.  At its deepest level, leadership is authentic self-expression that creates value.

The foundation of leadership is authenticity - actions that arise from the essence of who we are. For many senior executives faced with the need to always have the answers it can be difficult to take that step back and look inside for authenticity - and in the need to be "right" it is easy to make mistakes.

Through an intense small group experience learning to authentically lead first with horses in a completely non-judgemental environment senior executives have the opportunity to receive real unfiltered feedback about their leadership style and engage together in the process of rediscovering the authentic leader within.

Wise Women's Leadership Retreat

The experiential growth and learning from horses opens new worlds of understanding, sensitivity, communication... and for many, they provide heartfelt healing for equestrians and non-horse people alike. 

What makes this experience truely unique is that horses are astute at reading the subtlety of the energetic body and they teach us about our lives and relationships in some of the most fascinating and magical ways!
