Birch Haven Farm is the home of the Horse Sense for Leaders program.

Horse Sense programs combine leading edge leadership wisdom and hands-on experience with horses to provide a truly unique learning experience.

We start by getting everyone out of the office and into their blue jeans - then we add innovative exercises that focus on leadership, teamwork and organizational effectiveness. We mix it up with having a chance to get to know some of the best natural leaders around and finish with a focused debrief that reinforces the links between the learning in the arena and the organizational issues participants face every day.

Horses are amazing learning partners. Their feedback is truly authentic - not masked by social or corporate titles. Horses reflect our attitudes, approach and behaviour with absolute consistency and clarity. Learning to build a partnership with a horse is the most effective way of discovering how mindsets, behaviors, actions and communication styles impact others, whether they are a customer, co-worker or client.
